The Full Story

ForceGroup was founded by two longtime friends who, after repeatedly running into roadblocks in the defense and consulting sectors, decided to build something better. Our journey began in 2019 with a shared vision and a garage-built prototype: a custom-designed drone we developed, tested, and ultimately patented. That early innovation marked the start of our commitment to solving real-world problems with practical solutions.

After that milestone, we each went our separate ways professionally—one diving deep into the world of defense acquisitions, working with military contracts and procurement strategies, while the other immersed himself in cybersecurity and compliance, becoming an expert in federal frameworks like NIST 800-171 and CMMC. Through years of hands-on experience, we developed a deep understanding of the technical, bureaucratic, and operational challenges that contractors and innovators face when trying to break into the federal space.

We eventually reunited to form ForceGroup with a single goal in mind: to make the defense contracting process simpler, more accessible, and more effective for others. Today, we bring that vision to life by offering a full suite of services, including drone solutions, CMMC compliance support, and technical consulting. We’re proud to have a CMMC Subject Matter Expert (SME) and a Lead Certified CMMC Assessor (CCA) on staff—giving our clients unmatched insight and credibility when navigating the path to certification and audit readiness.
